CPSIA PRODUCT SAFETY IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2009 JULY 2009

Tyanne Hitchcock LLC d/b/a Sticky Pixies™ is aware of this new legislation and is compliant in meeting all the standards currently required under this new act. We would also like to state that all of our children’s apparel including each fairy dress, butterfly wing, and extra add on embellishments that have been sold in previous seasons are also compliant with the current CPSIA requirements. We have not found lead or banned phthalates in our garments or materials used in our embellishments at this time.

All of our existing materials and finished inventory have been XRF tested by an outside facility for lead and heavy metals. We want you to know that we take the safety and well being of children very seriously and we are confident that all of our products are safe for children. If there is a need to recall product for safety reasons we have the necessary records or are in pursuit of those records as new supplies are needed.

All of our products are made with the highest standards of quality and safety. As the CPSIA rules evolve and change we will be active in following up on new information from the CPSC, and will follow those rules as they apply.
